Rangel Takes Firt Step to Leaving Office

20 Terms? I do not think the writers of the Constitution meant for someone to stay in office for that long. Staying that long leads to.......things such as what has happened to Dem. from NY Rep. Rangel--not reporting what he should have. Beaides someone that has written the tax code for that long one would think would know the code every which way possible, right? Who would have thunk it.
